PUMPING UNIT & SUCKER ROD
Sucker rods are vital components in the oil field and represent a cornerstone of our product lineup. These rods are categorized into C, D, and K grades based on API Spec 11B, aligning with our key offerings.
C-Class Sucker Rods: Crafted from high-quality carbon steel SSYD-1 (equivalent to AISI1526), C-class rods exhibit moderate strength, excellent ductility, and resistance to corrosive environments, specifically acidic mediums. They are proficient in countering sulfide stress cracking.
D-Grade Sucker Rods:D-suckers are forged from high-Cr-Mo alloy structural steel 30CrMoA (equivalent to AISI 4130). With remarkable strength, superior ductility, and extended lifespan, these rods excel in non-corrosive or slightly corrosive conditions, often found in deep wells.
Grade K Sucker Rods:Grade K rods are crafted from high-grade Ni-Mo alloy structural steel 20Ni2MoA (equivalent to AISI 4620). These rods offer moderate strength, impressive ductility, and corrosion resistance. They are apt for use in shallow wells with light loads, especially when dealing with corrosive media.
Our expertise lies in delivering these sucker rod grades, each tailored to meet distinct oil field demands, ensuring optimal performance and longevity in diverse operational scenarios.
