The liner is a high-strength forged steel outer hull, exclusively designed to ensure consistent quality. The liner is rated to match the pressure rating of the pump per liner size.
Zirconia liners offer life-time cost savings, longer service life, better performance, and safer operation.
We supply a full range of Full Open 3-Web and Plate Type design valves and seats available in API 4 through API 8 sizes.
Our modules are made from 4130 alloy steel, heat-treated for a long working life, machined to perfection, and packaged for delivery with anti-corrosion protection. They are completely interchangeable with OEM modules.
We supply OEM-style complete package components for many OEM 7500 PSI pumps. We also provide a 7500 PSI conversion kit for F-1600, PZ-10/11, 12-P-160 pumps, and many more.
All modules and fluid end components we supply are made from high-strength alloy steel, heat-treated for long working life, and machined to precise tolerances. The parts are precisely made to meet or exceed API-K standards. This includes Suction and Discharge modules, Valve and Cylinder heads, Valve, and Cylinder head thread rings, Valve and cylinder head locks, Valve guide, Strainers, Wear plates, Gaskets, Discharge manifold, Pulsation Dampener, Safety/Relief Valve, and Suction manifold.
We supply Rods and Clamps for triplex mud pumps made from high-strength alloy steel, heat-treated, or chrome-plated. They offer excellent resistance to fatigue, corrosion, and heavy loads.
We supply forged steel pulsation dampeners that are interchangeable and compatible with Hydril’s series “K” dampeners. These units are dependable and reliable, and they have a field-replaceable lower bottom plate with 4” 10,000 psi, 4” 5,000 psi, or 4” 3,000 psi API connections.
We supply Crankshafts manufactured from 4340 material with high nickel content to reduce crack initiation and propagation. They have a high chrome content to prevent corrosion. Pinion and Bull gear are made from similar material to the crankshaft and feature high precision double helical gears with less backlash. Crossheads are manufactured from high-quality cast steel, and the guides are made from quality manganese bronze. Connection rods are made from high-specification alloy steel to ensure alignment between the crankshaft and the crosshead."
